I have seen a lot of very amazing movies so far this summer. Really this past week.
I love more than anything that Ben and Jeff LOVE watching movies and tv- because I LOVE LOVE LOVE to do just that. (Jeff and I spent 2 whole days just watching Arrested Development, and snuggling and being goofy)
Toy Story 3 was so great. It brought back a lot of childhood memories for me, and made me think of all the games I played and all of my toys. I thought it was a sweeter movie rather than a funny one.
Bloom Brothers is out on video now, but was nonetheless a phenomenal movie. Adrian Brody and Mark Ruffalo made such a great pair. I liked that the whole time it kept you guessing.
Despicable Me was the funniest movie I have seen all year probably. I am a huge Steve Carrell fan, needless to say his outrageous Russian accent made me cry I laughed so hard. The little girls in it were also funny. I just came back from seeing it a second time, and I laughed harder the second time I saw it. I told my brother and aunt to see it, unfortunately they did not share the same sentiment for it, as I did. It was also a very sweet story.
Inception was just so freaking awesome. We sat in the front row, which is hard for me (cuz of my motion sickness) to see the screen if there is a lot of movement. The story was complex yet very original. I can't wait to see it again, and try to understand more of it. The ending was perfect, because it keeps you guessing. DiCaprio did a great job. I also loved Joseph Gorden-Levitt and Ellen Page, they are two actors I enjoy a lot and have wished they were in more movies, so I am glad to see they were cast in this. Marion Cotillard, who I think may be one of the most classy ladies in Hollywood, is always great. Her French accent is very sexy.
haha so this was more of a quick movie review.
also Happy Ice Cream Day! I (of coarse) celebrated with some lemon and raspberry sorbet.
